Siva Yamini Sivaperuman
Financial Controller
Yamini is a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years of expertise in governance, risk and compliance, shaped by her experience with three of the Big 4 accounting firms across three countries. Her diverse background spans stock exchanges, international banks and international development agency. Yamini joins MAREA since October 2024.

Project Manager
Alex Lim brings over 8 years of invaluable consulting experience, having worked with clients across the private and public sectors, primarily focusing on education and social security matters. Currently, he holds the position of Project Manager at MAREA since August 2023.
Dhaartshini Senguttuvan
Advocacy & Public Affairs Manager
Dhaartshini Senguttuvan brings a valuable combination of expertise in public policy research and government relations, with expertise in fostering bilateral partnerships and managing impactful projects. She holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of London. Currently, she holds the position of Advocacy & Public Affairs Manager at MAREA since January 2025.
Yamin Sharohhuddin
Project Associate
Yamin Sharohhuddin is a Project Associate at MAREA since September 2024. He holds a BSc. in Environmental Science with first-class honors and Royal Education Award from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), specializing in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA). In his current role, Yamin assists the Project Manager in executing MAREA’s recycling program and social media engagement.
Siva Priya Rajayagon
Administrator and Office Coordinator
Siva Priya brings over years of experience in training and consulting in private and public sectors. She holds a BBA from UniTEN and MBA from OUM. Currently, she holds the position of Administrator and Office Coordinator at MAREA since November 2023.

Ramjeet Kaur Virik
Managing Director of Dutch Lady Milk Industries
Ramjeet has been appointed as the Chairperson of MAREA for 7 June 2024. Ramjeet was appointed as Managing Director of Dutch Lady Milk Industries Berhad (DLMI) on 2 July 2021. Prior to this role, Ramjeet was the Marketing Director for Consumer Dairy, a position she has held since 2018.
Karen Tan
Director of Communications, Corporate Affairs and Sustainability
Karen brings over 20 years of cross-industry experience in communications, marketing and stakeholder engagement across leading organizations in Malaysia and Singapore. She is currently the Director of Communications, Corporate Affairs and Sustainability for Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd and has led these portfolios for the Group since 2011. Karen was appointed to the Board of MAREA in June 2023.

Lim Seng Lee, aged 44, male, a Malaysian, was appointed as the Board of Spritzer on October 15, 2015. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in International Business from San Fransisco State University, United States.

Michael is currently the Managing Director of Tetra Pak Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines & Indonesia responsible in spearheading the team with strong positioning in the countries.
Lenny Chuah
Head Of Country
Lenny is the Head of Country, Unilever Malaysia since 1st July 2022. In parallel, Lenny also leads Personal Care Business Unit for Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. Prior to this appointment, she was the Marketing Director for Beauty & Personal Care division for Unilever Malaysia & Singapore.
Wanazlina Idaham Merican
Legal Director
Wanazlina Merican was appointed to the board of MAREA in March 2021. She is also the Legal Director of Colgate-Palmolive in its South ASEAN Hub covering jurisdictions in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Brunei since 2012.
Juan Aranols

Juan is also the Chief Executive Officer of Nestlé (Malaysia) Berhad and the Region Head of Nestlé Malaysia, Singapore & Brunei since December 2018. Juan Aranols was appointed as the Chairman of MAREA for 3 February 2021 to 7 June 2024.
Santharuban Thurai Sundaram

Santharuban Thurai Sundaram was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the Etika Group of Companies in April 2022. He started off as a brand manager for Etika and worked his way up the ranks to become one of the youngest CEOs in the FMCG industry now.
