In her present role, Narmeen leads a passionate cross – functional team of professionals across sales, finance, marketing, HR, customer service, corporate and legal affairs, and supply chain, who are focused on leading the future of snacking by offering the right snack, for the right moment, made the right way.

Over her 17-year career at Mondelēz International, Narmeen has held a number of senior category roles in Pakistan and Dubai.  She was pivotal in developing the chocolates category, growing the chocolate business by 25% during her time in Pakistan and ultimately leading Cadbury Dairy Milk to its market leader status, becoming one of the most – loved brands in the country.  During her stint in Dubai, she led various regional category roles in Chocolate and Meals category across MEA markets.

Most recently, Narmeen was the Managing Director for Mondelēz Pakistan, responsible for the turnaround of the Pakistan business and its outstanding growth of 24% +CAGR over the past 3 years with a strong focus on the consumer, sales execution, and building highly engaged, capable and aligned teams.  Prior to joining Mondelēz International, Narmeen held positions at HSBC Pakistan and Unilever Pakistan.

Narmeen moved to Malaysia in January 2022 with her husband and their two daughters.
